APPROACH
As a specialist lawyer for family law and a certified mediator, I practice my profession with expertise and passion. I provide legal advice, draft, and negotiate contracts and represent my clients outside of court and in litigation. In international matters, I collaborate with my network of specialized law firms and tax consultants abroad. I believe in confidential, uncomplicated, and direct communication with my clients. I take care of each client personally with empathy and sensitivity to lead sustainable client relationships. As a certified mediator, I integrate my special negotiating skills into my everyday work. As I enjoy future-oriented solutions tailored to my clients, my focus is on extrajudicial settlements. Should litigation be necessary, I will represent my clients effectively and well-versed in court. A high degree of specialization, experience and constant further education give me the necessary expertise to represent my clients interests in the best possible way.

ABOUT
ME
Born in Canada and raised in Germany and Spain, I enjoyed a multilingual education. My law degree led me to the Humboldt University in Berlin and the Universidad de Salamanca in Spain. During my legal clerkship, I worked for the German Federal Foreign Office and an international business law firm in Hong Kong. From 2014 to 2016 I worked as a lawyer specializing in real estate transactions and tax in the Berlin based office of the London law firm Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP. In 2016 I specialized in family and inheritance law and worked in these areas at STEINMEIER mbB until 2020. In 2020 I finally founded my own law firm, which I have been running successfully ever since. I am admitted to the bar in Berlin and an active member of the bar association in Malaga, Spain (Illustre Colegio des Abogados de Málaga). I advise my clients in German and English and am fluent in Spanish. In addition, I am a member of the German and Berlin Lawyers' Association and the Family Law Working Group in the Berlin Lawyers' Association.
